- Assisted various ownerships in site selection, shopping center development and construction from the ground up; pre-opening and post-opening leasing and brokerage efforts.
- Prepared and coordinated market analysis information, including demographics, boundaries of trade areas, competitive centers and tenant uses needs in the trade area.
- Tenant representation for both local and national tenants defining, locating and negotiating their site selections.
- Directly involved with lenders and outside portfolio managers. Handled all their leasing and property management issues.
- Continual monitoring of the market for tenant expirations and relocation opportunities and any new development or redevelopment options that may be available in the market
